The GG Mentorship is a private and personal mentorship model or "grid" designed by Veena Sidhu exclusively designed for women founders and executives — focused on harnessing their unique leadership qualities by nurturing their personal and professional growth through techniques and solutions tailored to their strengths and goals.
Conducted over a minimum of 6 calls over 8 to 12 weeks, the GG Mentorship is available exclusively through successful application only, limited to a small number of clients at the time, to honor the attention and commitment required for Veena to effectively work with each woman.

HOW IT WORKS
The GG Mentorship model is conducted over a minimum of 6 x 60-minute calls (weekly or bi-monthly) over 8 to 12 weeks between Veena and the client. Each call will not only involve discussion, assessment, and feedback on the client's progress but will also utilize specific exercises and tools tailored to her goals.
These practices are a combination of holistic methods and modern techniques, dedicated to strategically produce results and to harness the client's unique powers as an authentic and independent female leader in the 21st century.
After completing the 6 calls, each client has the option of extending the program by purchasing additional calls to be used as and when needed.
For those seeking a one-off deep dive and goal-setting clarity, a 2-hour intensive with follow up calls as and when needed is available upon application and review.
HOW TO APPLY
1. Assessment: All applicants will attend a 25-minute assessment and introduction call with Veena to understand their story, their needs, and their goals, and for the applicants to get to know the private mentorship model.
2. Application: Qualified applicants are required to fill the GG Mentorship Questionnaire to ensure personality and attitude fit for the mentorship model.
3. Acceptance: Successful clients will be required to sign the GG Declaration to express their commitment to the mentorship program and to their growth, before enrolling in 6 x 60-minute calls or 2-hour intensive with Veena, during which they will also be given specific exercises and practices for their progress.
Clients also have the option of purchasing additional calls with Veena after they've completed the 6 calls or 2-hour intensive.
