I have 15 years of experience in the publishing, education, and marketing industries — from becoming an editor at 26 for a leading medical aesthetics magazine in South East Asia, to co-founding and becoming the CEO of Mindvalley’s affiliate network, Mindvalley Engage, to taking on the role of Director of Sales and Publishing as well as Senior Partner at Mindvalley group of companies.
I’ve scaled marketing, operations, and business development for multiple brands globally, and learned the heart and science of people mastery from renowned authorities in leadership and relationships.

I am a firm believer in success through helping people realize and harness their own superpowers. Strategy and innovation to me exceed vision and action; it also involves people mastery and empowerment.
Being raised by an army doctor and a creative, free-spirited mother, and having to move from one military quarter to the next throughout my childhood, I learned quickly on the importance of independence, hard work, organization, and adapting to change; but most of all — of having a positive approach to life no matter what.
In university, I chose to study Biotechnology and major in Genetics, more as a life hack and a way to dare myself! The truth is — I didn’t know for sure what I wanted to do then, so the decision to dive into a new and seemingly difficult subject was my way of proving to myself (and my future employees) that I’m driven by the challenge to master something new and I’m willing to put the work into it.
Following my graduation, I became a medical journalist for one of the first medical aesthetic magazines in South East Asia. Shortly before my 26th birthday I was promoted to editor, where I also helped oversee its growth from an English publication to additional Mandarin and Indonesian translations, as well as a digital platform.
After five years at the magazine, I made my pivot from print to online publishing by joining Mindvalley, a transformational education company that specialises in personal development and transformational education.
During my second year, I became co-founder and CEO of Mindvalley’s external affiliates and partnerships startup, Mindvalley Engage, which grew from $250k a year to $2.5 million in the first year, and $4 million in the second year.
By my third year in the company, I was made Senior Partner of Mindvalley group of companies, and led as Director of Sales and Publishing. I also helped launch its former course platform — Mindvalley Academy, and vertical for spirituality — Soulvana. I also oversaw operations of multiple other teams including Content Marketing, Course Creation, Technology, Apps, and Events.
In 2016, fresh into motherhood and feeling called to further my path for expansion, I left Mindvalley and founded Dreamcatcher Enterprise, a private consultancy and media brand to help businesses scale their marketing, content and development strategies and operations.

In late 2016 I partnered with digital marketer Ewa Wysocka and her co-founder to start Tribe47, a Warsaw-based digital marketing and branding agency, and led their Asian branch. In October of 2017 I shifted my focus back to scaling Dreamcatcher Enterprise and currently consult Tribe47 as a board advisor.
Through Dreamcatcher Enterprise I’ve also coached female leaders and talents, and became a mentor for the Lean In Career Program in Malaysia, two seasons in a row; during which both my mentees won the top prize respectively — the award for “Best Growth”.
It has always been my mission to empower others to achieve inner-independence, live authentically from their truth, embrace their powers — whether feminine or masculine — and redefine leadership for the future.
